Most residential garage floors are completed in 1 day. You can typically walk on it within 24 hours and drive on it in 48 hours.
5 / Do you grind the concrete before installing epoxy?
Yes — we always diamond grind the concrete.
Proper surface preparation is the #1 reason epoxy floors succeed or fail. Grinding opens the concrete pores so the coating bonds permanently. We never use acid etching because it does not provide the same mechanical bond.
6 / What is the difference between epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic?
